Intus is hiring an Italian Customer Service Specialist in his office in Tallinn.

Do you have at least two years of experience in customer service work? Can you speak fluently Italian and English? Would you like to work at a financial services company with an open atmosphere and a varied everyday work life?

Intus HLÜ (Intus Savings and Loan Association) is now looking for a Customer Service Representative for international clients to our office in Tallinn. We will give you the necessary introduction to your tasks and career development opportunities in a friendly and dynamic environment. We are one of the leading Estonian Savings and Loan Associations with a large number of international clients.

You will be handling:  ‣ Answering emails from our clients ‣ Answering phone calls from our clients ‣ Taking care of client chats ‣ Preparing client offers and correspondence

There will be other daily tasks added and you may be given other assignments within the company too.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 2 years of experience of customer service work
• Outgoing personality
• Flexibility with working hours
• Fluency in Italian and English language, both verbal and in writing
• Good computer skills including MS Office  (Word, Excel…)
